Magdalena Kluz-Litwa
Attorney
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.Member of the District Bar Council in Krakow.
A specialist in the field of new technology law, copyright, personal data law and the competition regulations. She advises on projects that require combining knowledge and experience in the field of intellectual property law and the law of new technologies, including, inter alia, implementation and license agreements, outsourcing contracts and service contracts for IT solutions. She has experience in providing legal services in investment and construction processes, particularly construction contracts based on FIDIC contract conditions. She provides comprehensive services to entities operating in the Polish and foreign markets.
Katarzyna Bergel
Attorney
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.Postgraduate: Enterprise Management - Management Studies MBA type.
Member of the District Bar Council in Krakow.
A specialist in the field of civil law, company law, competition law and real property law. She represents clients in court disputes and sales negotiations. She has experience in providing legal services in M&A transactions, including carrying out the due diligence investigation. She provides legal support to entities in the telecommunications and energy sector.
